Price

All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are NET Local taxes, import duties, DDC Charges, Port Charges, Customs Charges and brokerage charges are all extra unless clearly defined in our quotation under TERMS AND CONDITIONS. All prices quoted are based on FOB our mills unless otherwise quoted in writing by Acorn Mill Direct.

Terms of Sale

Payment by way of Irrevocable Transferable Letter of Credit payable upon shipment of product, or wire transfer of funds prior to delivery unless other stated in writing.

Claims

All damage claims must be made to the transportation company as applicable. We are not responsible for damaged goods. Shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Notification of any invoice errors must be made within 60 days of date of invoice.

Warranties

Manufacturer’s warranties are extended on applicable products only. We do not provide further guarantees or warranties. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE, AND DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR, THE QUALITY, STATE, USE OR FITNESS OF ALL PRODUCTS, GOODS AND MATERIALS. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR EXPENSES OCCASIONED BY THE USE OF ANY PRODUCTS, GOODS OR MATERIALS.

Special Orders

Orders for special non-stock material may require a deposit. A cancellation charge may apply on orders of special materials.

Product Availability

All materials quoted are subject to prior sale. All material shown in price schedules and catalogues may not be available. We are not responsible for delays, defaults, expenses or damages occasioned by any causes beyond our control including, without limitation, strikes, labour disturbances, accidents, governmental actions, embargoes, fires, floods and late delivery from suppliers.
